Brownie with Cocoa

Delicious cake with chocolate flavor and delicate moist texture. Cooking is very easy and simple, like almost everything American 🙂

Cook: 1 hour 

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Cocoa – 65 Grams
  • Sugar – 250 Grams
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Yogurt or sour cream – 100 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Use a mixer to beat the softened butter and sugar. Then add eggs one at a time and beat for another minute or a half.
  2. Mix flour with baking soda and cocoa. Add to the butter and egg mixture and mix well.
  3. Add yogurt or low-fat sour cream and stir to form a homogeneous mass.
  4. We will bake in a 30 x 30 cm form. Cover the form with parchment paper and pour out the dough. We level and put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
