Burrito with Chorizo ​​and Salsa

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Salt 1 pinche
  • Ground black pepper 1 pinche
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Chorizo 2 pcs.
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Chicken egg 3 pcs.
  • Wheat cakes 1 pcs.
  • Guacamole 1 tbsp
  • Spicy salsa 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar 30 g

Directions

  1. While the oven is heating, cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add olive oil, and stir. You can also add a mixture of Italian spices.
  2. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake for 20 minutes. Fry the chorizo ​​in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
  3. Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and cream. Beat. Fry eggs in a pan over low heat. When the scramble is ready, remove it from the heat.
  4. Put a couple of tablespoons of eggs on a flat cake. Add chorizo ​​with potatoes. Drizzle with a spoonful of salsa and guacamole, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up the cake. Burrito is ready.
