Ingredients

  • 450 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 50 g sultanas
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g suar
  • 180 ml condensed milk
  • 200 ml milk
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin pan and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder well in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat the butter with sugar and condensed milk in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and add milk and sultanas.
  4. Work the butter-milk mixture with the dough hook of the hand mixer under the flour mixture.
  5. Use a spoon to pour the batter into the wells of the muffin pan. Bake in the hot oven for 15 minutes. Serve lukewarm with butter.
  6. Alternatively, 80 g chocolate drops can be kneaded under the dough instead of the sultanas.
