Ingredients
- 250 g currants, black (cassis)
- 2 peach (s), the really big ones or 3 smaller ones
- 100 g black currant juice, dark, possibly homemade
- 3 tablespoon cane sugar, possibly more
- 1 splash lime juice, fresh

- Clean, peel and wash the currants. Wash, core and dice the peaches. Simmer the fruit with juice and sugar for 10 minutes and season with lime juice and cane sugar.
