  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 g matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 half banana (s)
  • 2 teaspoon coconut chips

Instructions

  1. Using a whisk, stir the matcha powder and 1 teaspoon honey into the rice milk. Add the chia seeds and stir until the seeds begin to swell. Then fill in dessert bowls and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the banana and puree with 1 teaspoon honey and coconut milk. Pour the mixture into the dessert bowls and garnish with coconut chips.
