Chicken Fillet Steak

How to cook chicken fillet so that it is juicy? I share a simple recipe for chicken steak, which always turns out delicious and juicy.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 4-5 tbsp
- Butter – 25 g
- Salt
- Pepper mix
Directions
- Cut the fillet horizontally into 4 flat pieces and process them with a tenderizer (meat softener). Do not add salt immediately!
- Preheat a frying pan, add two types of oil.
- Fry the chicken fillet in a mixture of vegetables and oil until golden brown. Salt the steaks when they are already turned to the other side, and then sprinkle with a mixture of peppers. It will take no more than 10 minutes to cook chicken steaks.
- The chicken fillet steaks are ready. Serve chicken steaks with vegetable salad.
