Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 4-5 tbsp
Butter – 25 g
Salt
Pepper mix
Directions
Cut the fillet horizontally into 4 flat pieces and process them with a tenderizer (meat softener). Do not add salt immediately!
Preheat a frying pan, add two types of oil.
Fry the chicken fillet in a mixture of vegetables and oil until golden brown. Salt the steaks when they are already turned to the other side, and then sprinkle with a mixture of peppers. It will take no more than 10 minutes to cook chicken steaks.
The chicken fillet steaks are ready. Serve chicken steaks with vegetable salad.
