Kebabs are prepared from the chicken fillet. Chicken skewers with peach, onion, chilli and bell pepper salsa are served.

Ingredients
Skinless chicken fillet (diced 2.5 cm) – 250 g
Peach (chopped) – 0.5 pcs.
Bulgarian red pepper (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Fresh ginger (chopped on a grater) – 1 teaspoon.
Red onion (chopped) – 2 teaspoon.
Rice vinegar – 3 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon
Lime juice – 0.5 teaspoon.
Chili pepper (chopped) – 0.25 teaspoon
Directions
In a large plastic bag, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Put the chicken fillet in this bag, tie the bag and shake well so that the meat is completely marinated. Put the meat pack in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally the meat with the marinade.
Remove the chicken fillet from the bag, remove the marinade. String fillet on skewers.
Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Grease the wire rack with vegetable oil. Put the chicken fillet kebabs on the wire rack. Cook chicken skewers until pink on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the salsa. In a small bowl, combine peaches, bell pepper, cilantro, onion, lime juice and chilli.
Serve the chicken skewers with peach salsa.
