Ingredients

  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 70 g chives
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 140 g sunflower oil
  • Sunflower oil, to pour over

Instructions

  1. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat until they are light brown in color. Let cool down.
  2. Cut the chives into small rolls, chop the parmesan and the clove of garlic. Put all ingredients in a bowl and process into a homogeneous mass with the hand blender or in the Thermomix.
  3. Place in a clean screw-top jar and pour sunflower oil over it until the surface is covered.
