Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 330 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flours together and make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast and mix with 4 tablespoons of milk, sugar and a little flour from the edge. Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the chives into rolls and knead into the dough with all the other ingredients. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough well, shape into a loaf and brush with water. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Then bake on the lowest rack for 15 minutes at 230 degrees, then bake for another 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
