Instructions

  1. It is best to put the whole wheat butter biscuits in a freezer bag and crumble them with a rolling pin. Add coconut flakes, almonds, cocoa and sugar and stir well. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add to the biscuit mixture and mix.
  2. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the jars approx. 0.5 - 1 cm thick, so that a biscuit base is formed. Put the glasses in a cool place.
  3. For the cream, stir together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and condensed milk. Fold in the mascarpone and add lemon juice to taste. Spread the cream on the biscuit bases, smooth out and put in a cool place.
  4. Carefully bring the cream to the boil, remove from the heat and melt the chocolate in it to create a ganache. Let the ganache cool and distribute evenly over the glasses.
  5. Put the glasses in a cool place until ready to serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
