Ingredients

  • 350 g flour
  • 160 g butter
  • 140 g suar
  • 60 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 jar jam, (raspberry jam)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy, stir in the eggs. Then add flour, nuts and cinnamon and knead a soft dough. Chill for one to two hours.
  2. Roll out and cut out with a round shape, e.g. with a glass. Fill with raspberry jam, fold and press lightly (like ravioli).
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
