Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled cocoa powder
  • 1 packet pudding powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk or water
  • 125 g butter
  • 65 g desiccated coconut
  • 25 g almond (s), peeled, round

Instructions

  1. Work the ingredients into a kneading dough in sequence, form 3-4 rolls about 3 cm thick and refrigerate until they are hard. Cut the rolls into ½ cm thick slices and bake for 10 minutes at approx. 200 ° C fan oven.
  2. Tip: Do not put them too close together, they will still spread a little.
