  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the corn flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir olive oil (optionally also rapeseed oil) and water into the corn flour with a spoon. Possibly vary a little with the amount of water. You should get a mass similar to mashed potatoes.
  3. Shape 6 - 7 small flatbreads with slightly moistened hands and place on the baking sheet. Pre-bake for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  4. Now the flatbreads can be topped and baked again as the mood takes you.
