Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream Dessert with Cookies

Curd and sour cream dessert with cookies is prepared without baking, which allows you to significantly save time. Cream of sour cream and cottage cheese softens the cookies, making the dessert very tender and tasty!

Directions

Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell (about 20 minutes). Then we heat until the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil. Combine cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar and beat with a blender until smooth so that there are no lumps. Pour gelatin into the curd mass and beat again.
Put cookies on the bottom of the form (I have a form measuring 20×25 cm). Pour part of the curd mass on top. Next, alternate layers of cookies and cream. I got 3 layers. We put the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably at night) so that it freezes.
Rub the chocolate on a fine grater. Sprinkle the finished curd dessert with grated chocolate on top. Cut the curd-sour cream dessert with cookies and serve in portions.
