Cottage Cheese Casserole with Apricots and Cinnamon
by Editorial Staff
Preparing a curd casserole with apricots and cinnamon. Delicate, tasty, unusually aromatic! Cooking is very simple and the result is amazing! Tasty and healthy!
Cook: 15 minutes
Servings: 8
Ingredients
Cottage cheese 5% – 650 g
Sour cream 20% – 300 g
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Semolina – 90 g
Sugar – 150 g
Fresh apricots – 500 g
Cinnamon with sugar – 1 teaspoon
Vanillin – to taste
Salt – 1 pinch
Butter – for greasing the mold
Directions
We send cottage cheese, eggs to a bowl. Mix well.
If the curd is of a granular consistency, grind it with an immersion blender.
Add sour cream, a pinch of salt, semolina, sugar, vanillin. We mix.
Remove the pits from the apricots. Cut the apricots into slices.
We cover the detachable form with a diameter of 21-22 cm with baking paper, grease the sides with butter.
We spread half of the curd mass into a mold. Lay the apricot pieces on top of the curd. We leave a few slices for decoration.
Sprinkle the apricots on top with cinnamon and sugar (I always have such a mixture at hand).
We spread the rest of the curd mass. Align with a spatula. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. We send the casserole to an oven preheated to 150-160 degrees for 50-60 minutes until the edges are slightly browned.
Decorate the finished curd casserole with apricots. Ideally, you need to wait until it has completely cooled down, remove the baking paper, then cut it. But it is so fragrant and delicious that we cut it while still hot, and remove the paper later when it cools down.
Delicious! Bon Appetit!
