Cottage Cheese Casserole with Semolina (in a Slow Cooker)

Multicooker recipe – homemade curd casserole. A very tasty and simple recipe for cottage cheese casserole, which can be cooked both in a slow cooker and in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Egg – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 g
  • Sour cream – 250 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Semolina – 100 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Butter – 30 g

The cooking time for cottage cheese casserole with semolina in a slow cooker is 1 hour 30 minutes. In the oven, you can cook the same casserole for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with a mixer or blender.
  2. Add sugar. Then add sour cream and vanilla sugar and beat until smooth.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, semolina, baking powder to the curd. Stir with a fork, breaking up the curd lumps. Add the liquid mixture to the curd.
  4. Blend with a blender until mousse. Leave the dough for 20 minutes to swell the semolina. Beat the whites until white and spoon into the dough.
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the curd dough and bake in a multicooker, setting the “Baking” mode for 60-90 minutes.
  6. Cottage cheese casserole with semolina in a slow cooker is ready. Serve the cottage cheese casserole with jam, garnish with fresh berries.
