Pasta Casserole with Mushrooms (in a Slow Cooker)

An interesting recipe for making a simple casserole with mushrooms and farfalle. Just a few ingredients, an hour of time – and you can serve a very hearty, tasty, aromatic casserole of pasta and champignons on the table.

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Farfalle pasta (pasta “bows”) – 200 g
  • Champignon mushrooms (royal or ordinary) – 250 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoon.
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Bread crumbs (optional)

Directions

  1. Preparing the ingredients for the mushroom pasta casserole. Cook the farfalle pasta (pasta bows) until cooked, according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the onion into small segments. Put it in the multicooker bowl, turn on the multicooker on the “Fry” mode for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling: beat the raw eggs with a fork or kitchen mixer.
  4. Add salt and milk.
  5. We mix the ingredients, add crushed hard cheese to the mass, make the mass homogeneous.
  6. Place the mushrooms in a bowl.
  7. Add the farfalle, mix the mass.
  8. We spread the resulting mixture in a mold, after covering it with oiled paper (or sprinkle with breadcrumbs).
  9. Fill with egg and cheese filling.
  10. Cook the pasta casserole in the microwave on the “Baking” mode for 20 minutes. (Depending on the power of the multicooker, the time to create the casserole may increase by 10 minutes.)
  11. The pasta casserole with mushrooms is ready. Due to the fact that the casserole is prepared in a slow cooker, you can save your time by devoting it to your children or your favorite hobby.
