Cranberry and Almond Cookies with White Chocolate

Instructions

Roughly chop the cranberries, roughly chop the chocolate and also chop the almonds (if you have whole almonds). Put aside.
Mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg until frothy, then add the flour with the baking powder and stir in well. Finally add the chopped ingredients and briefly fold in.
Then place about 35 small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press lightly, this is best done with 2 small spoons. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 150 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes until they are lightly browned.
While the cookies are cooling down, they will harden.
