Ingredients

  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 handful chips (peanut flips)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the mixer until foamy. Toast the sesame and poppy seeds carefully without fat until they get a light color, allow to cool. Crumble the peanut flips by hand.
  2. Mix everything together with the soft butter, season with salt and pepper (little salt because of the salty flips). Put in a cool place.
  3. Goes well with fresh bread instead of or parallel to lard as an aperitif before meals - or as a spread at the buffet.
