Ingredients

  • 100 g honey
  • 80 g cane suar
  • 80 g edible bran, (wheat bran)
  • 240 g oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 4 teaspoons flaxseed
  • 6 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 80 g cranberries, dried
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt honey and sugar in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add wheat bran, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, desiccated coconut, cranberries and cinnamon and stir everything well.
  3. Put the muesli mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking foil and roast in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Stir in between.
  4. Let the muesli cool down and chop it up if necessary.
  5. A portion of approx. 35 g, varies depending on the total amount, has 4 PP.
