Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber into small cubes and add a little salt. Scald the tomato, peel off the skin, core and dice. Also core and finely dice the paprika. Finely chop the spring onion with the greens, as well as the coriander. Release the flesh of the avocado, dice it and drizzle with a little lime juice to prevent it from turning brown. Also cut the chilli pepper into tiny cubes. Mix all ingredients with the garlic. Mix a marinade from the oil, the remaining lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper, pour this over the vegetable mixture and let everything steep.
