Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the saucepan over a mild heat. Remove from heat (must not be too hot so that the eggs do not freeze when stirring in), stir in oatmeal and stir carefully. Then stir in all the other ingredients.
  2. Bake 9 teaspoon-sized heaps per tray, leaving plenty of space (ideally three next to and below each other) as they diverge very widely.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 5-7 minutes until they are very flat and golden brown. Immediately remove the finished biscuits from the tray with a spatula and let them cool with the bottom facing up on a wire rack.
  4. Store airtight and eat within 4 days.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
