Melt the chocolate in the microwave, allow to cool. Whip the cream. Drain the tangerines. Mix the quark, sour cream and yoghurt together. Fold in the whipped cream, if necessary sweeten, halve the mixture. Stir the chocolate under one half and the chocolate flakes under the other half. Layer in bowls, first dark quark cream then
Mandarins and then the light curd cream.
Tip:
You can stir in a few desiccated coconut under the light quark cream, but then add some milk if necessary, because the desiccated coconut soaks up the liquid. Decorate with mandarins if necessary.
