Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 can sardines, pickled in oil
- 2 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Process the cream cheese with lemon juice into a paste. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well until you have a smooth cream.
- The paste can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
- Tip: The paste tastes best on crispy toasted black bread - a real treat.
