Ingredients
Apple juice – 500 ml
Gelatin – 10 g
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 100 ml of the total amount of apple juice. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Then put in a bowl of boiling water and, stirring constantly, completely dissolve the gelatin in the juice. There should be no lumps of gelatin.
Pour the dissolved gelatin into the apple juice, stir.
Pour apple juice with gelatin into mugs or glasses. Leave about 100 ml for the “foam”. Put the apple jelly from the juice in glasses in the refrigerator for solidification.
Beat the remaining juice with gelatin with a mixer until a thick foam is formed.
The foam whips up easily and is fairly stable.
Put the whipped foam in glasses with jelly. If the jelly hasn’t hardened enough yet, it doesn’t matter, the foam will still remain on top. Put the apple jelly mugs back in the refrigerator to solidify.
