Ingredients

  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 2 slices toast
  • 1 slice salami
  • 1 some butter
  • 1 slice (s) cheese (e.g. Gouda, butter cheese or Chester)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread. Beat the egg in the pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry on both sides and after turning once, place the slice of cheese on top.
  2. In the meantime, brush the toast slices with butter and top one of the slices with the salami. When the cheese has become soft (everyone has to find out for themselves how soft they like it), the fried egg is placed on the salami.
  3. Now put the other toast slice on top as a lid and the egg burger is ready. If you want, you can refine it with ketchup.
