Festive Puff Smoked Ham Salad

The salad is very tender and juicy. A puff salad with ham will decorate any holiday.

Ingredients

  • Smoked ham – 300 g
  • Cheese – 100-150 g
  • Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – to taste
  • Beets – 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 3-4 pcs.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Pomegranate – 0.5-1 pcs.
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. The ingredients for the ham puff salad are in front of you.
  2. Wash and boil potatoes and carrots.
  3. Wash and boil the beets. Cool under cold water. Clean. Grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
  5. Boil chicken eggs. Cool and clean. Grate on a coarse grater.
  6. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.
  7. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
  8. Cut the ham into cubes.
  9. Let’s start assembling the flaky salad on a large platter. The first layer is potatoes.
  10. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  11. The second layer is pickled cucumbers. Top with mayonnaise.
  12. Then a layer of ham and mayonnaise.
  13. Wash and peel the apple. Grate on a coarse grater. This is the next layer.
  14. The layer is juicy, so mayonnaise is to your taste here.
  15. Now a layer of eggs, some mayonnaise. Grate hard cheese on top on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise again.
  16. The next layer is carrots. And mayonnaise.
  17. Peel and finely grate the garlic. The top layer is boiled beets, garlic and mayonnaise. Above – a layer of pomegranate grains. Decorate the salad with ham and let it brew for 3-4 hours. Puff salad with ham is ready.
