Instructions

Whisk the milk and egg together. Chop the onions and ham as finely as possible. Now add all the ingredients to the milk and egg mixture and mix well with your hands. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
If you want, you can add a few chopped herbs.
Grease a baking sheet well and place the mixture on the baking sheet by tablespoonfuls (heaped tablespoons). In this case, I advise against using baking paper, as experience has shown that the dough tends to stick to it. Leave some space as the dough will still run a little.
Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown. Let the bites rest briefly on the baking sheet, then carefully loosen them with a knife and place on a grid. Let cool on the grid or enjoy warm.
