Ingredients

  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), green
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 50 ml vegetable stock, instant
  • sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Dip tomatoes briefly in boiling water, quench, peel, halve and roughly chop. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the paprika and chilli, cut in half, core and cut into small cubes. Let everything boil down with tomato paste and broth for about 15 minutes, season with spicy flavor. Rinse the parsley, chop it finely and fold into the salsa. Put in a cool place.
