  • 500 g yourt (1.5% fat content)
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 2 medium banana (s)
  • 2 tablespoon honey (alternatively a few drops liquid sweetener)
  • 100 g muesli or oatmeal
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Puree everything in the blender or fill into a sufficiently tall vessel and mix well with the hand blender. Serve cold.
