  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 g muesli
  • 1 large banana (s)
  • 1 dash linseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 apple or other fruit, e.g. kiwi, if desired

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender until everything is small. I use the smoothie program twice for this.
  2. The amount of milk and muesli can be varied to achieve a thicker or thinner consistency. The other ingredients can of course be varied according to taste. I like the shake best when it is cold, so use milk that is as cold as possible.
  3. I put together the muesli I use myself. Ingredients: organic basic muesli, various oat flakes and various kernels, organic crunchies, hazelnuts, flax seeds, hemp nuts, guarana powder.
