  • 80 g almond flour or round almonds
  • 40 g psyllium husks
  • 7 g bakin powder
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 ml boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix the almond flour, psyllium husks, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs well in an extra bowl and then stir in as well. Then add the boiling water and stir well until a sticky dough is formed.
  2. The psyllium husks swell immediately after they come into contact with water, so you should stir quickly.
  3. Now form 6 small rolls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
