French Meat With Pineapple and Tomato

The main dish, the star of the festive table, is French meat. Today we will cook baked pork with tomatoes, onions and canned pineapples, and, of course, with cheese. The meat is very juicy, tender and looks appetizing.

Ingredients

  • Pork (pulp) – 500 g
  • Canned pineapples (rings) – 6 pcs. (250 g)
  • Tomatoes – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Pitted olives – 6 pcs.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (or a mixture of peppers) – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing the baking sheet

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
    For this dish, I used the hip of the pork, and the neck and tenderloin will also work.
    Tomatoes can be used both cocktail and ordinary.
    During the cooking process, you will need cling film or a plastic bag.
  2. Cut the pork across the fibers into plates 1.5-2 cm thick.
  3. Place a piece of meat in a bag or cover with cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer to a thickness of 1 cm.This way, splashes can be avoided and the piece of meat will not break.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
    Peel the onion and cut into thin rings or half rings.
  5. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
    Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the pork chops there. Sprinkle the pieces of meat with salt and ground pepper.
  6. Spread the chopped onion evenly over the pork pieces.
  7. Place the tomato slices on top of the onion. Lightly salt the tomatoes if desired.
  8. On each piece of meat, place a pineapple ring on top of the tomatoes (approximately in the center). A pineapple ring is smaller than a piece of meat, but when baked, the pork will shrink and be under the fruit.
  9. On each piece of meat on top of pineapple, apply mayonnaise in thin strips.
  10. Bake the meat with tomatoes and pineapple in the oven for 30 minutes.
  11. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the olives from the jar.
  12. After 30 minutes, remove the meat pan from the oven. Put grated cheese on each piece of meat, and put olive oil in the middle of the pineapple ring.
  13. Return the baking sheet with meat to the oven and bake for another 5-8 minutes at 180 degrees, until the cheese is completely melted. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the baked pork with pineapple, tomatoes and cheese cool for 2-3 minutes.
  14. Pork French meat with pineapple and tomato is ready.
    Carefully remove the meat from the baking sheet onto a plate, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.The pork is soft and very juicy thanks to the tomato, pineapple and cheese “head”. Meat can be served with boiled or fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes or rice. But even without a side dish, it’s also very tasty Bon appetit!
