Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 25 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml milk
  • 300 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 100 g butter, melt

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, juice and half of the milk with the eggs and beat until the mixture becomes frothy.
  2. Mix and stir in the sifted flour and baking powder.
  3. Mix in the rest of the milk and add the warm, melted butter.
  4. Put the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, tablespoon at a time (it will melt !!)
  5. Bake at 200-220 ° C for about 8-12 minutes, so that the edges turn slightly brown.
  6. Leave briefly on the baking sheet, then place on a grid with a wide knife.
  7. The biscuits are quite thin and tender (similar to Azora biscuits) and also melt a lot during baking. So please leave enough space!
