French Toast for Breakfast

The beauty of Saturday morning is not having your usual time and not thinking about work. A leisurely breakfast with delicious French toast can be a great start for a new day.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Sweet bread – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Milk – 3/4 Cup
  • Sugar – 2-2.5 Art. spoons
  • Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch
  • Cinnamon – 1 Pinch
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, combine eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Whisk eggs and other ingredients until smooth.
  3. Cut the bread into portions.
  4. Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
  5. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the bread in batter.
  6. Fry the bread until brown.
