- 250 g yourt (skimmed milk)
- 75 g low-fat quark
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Sweetener, a few drops
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, chopped
- 30 g corn flakes
- 4 fig (s)

- Mix yogurt with quark and lemon juice until smooth and season with sweetener and cinnamon powder.
- Heat the honey in a non-stick pan, add the nuts and cornflakes and lightly roast.
- Cut the figs into wedges and serve with yogurt and crispy nuts.
- The recipe is suitable for WW: 4.5P per person.
