Ingredients
Beef (veal), tenderloin – 600 g
Vegetable oil – 6 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Butter – 20 g
Directions
Heat the meat naturally to room temperature (leave for about an hour or less). Wash the meat and dry thoroughly. Cut the meat across the grain into 2.5-3 centimeters thick pieces. Make notches with a sharp knife.
Mix vegetable oil with freshly ground black pepper.
Grease one side of the steak with fragrant oil. Attention: do not salt the meat.
Heat the skillet vigorously. Put the steak with the greased side down on a hot skillet and fry for 2 minutes. Grease the other side of the steak with vegetable oil, turn over, fry the beef steak for another 2 minutes until a crust forms.
Remove the meat from the pan, brush with butter and salt. The beef steak is ready. Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
