What could be faster? A good steak is what you need for a good dinner.

Cook: 10 mins

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Beef (veal), tenderloin – 600 g
  • Vegetable oil – 6 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 20 g

Directions

  1. Heat the meat naturally to room temperature (leave for about an hour or less). Wash the meat and dry thoroughly. Cut the meat across the grain into 2.5-3 centimeters thick pieces. Make notches with a sharp knife.
  2. Mix vegetable oil with freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Grease one side of the steak with fragrant oil. Attention: do not salt the meat.
  4. Heat the skillet vigorously. Put the steak with the greased side down on a hot skillet and fry for 2 minutes. Grease the other side of the steak with vegetable oil, turn over, fry the beef steak for another 2 minutes until a crust forms.
  5. Remove the meat from the pan, brush with butter and salt. The beef steak is ready. Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetable salad.
    Enjoy your meal!
