Fried Fish

Today I will tell you how to fry fish deliciously. You can choose any kind of fish, but I’ll say right away that I had a silver carp. In my opinion, it is very suitable for frying.

Ingredients

  • Fish steaks (any fish) – 10 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 10 grams (for frying)
  • Salt – 5 grams (to taste)
  • Pepper mix – 5 grams (to taste)
  • Seasoning for fish – 1 teaspoon

How to cook fried fish:

Directions

  1. Peel the fish carcass with a scraper, gut all the insides, remove the black film and wash.
  2. Then use a sharp knife to cut the fish into steaks, about 2 cm in size.
  3. Place the salt, fish seasoning, and pepper mixture in a gravy boat.
  4. Stir in seasonings.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. Then send the fish into it and make it medium heat.
  6. Season the fish with the mixed seasonings and cook for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Then turn the fish over, season with spices again, and fry it for about 7-10 minutes.
  8. Place the fried fish in a storage container. It is recommended to store fried fish in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
