  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • nutmeg
  • sesame
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, boil them in a little salted water until they are soft and then let them evaporate in a bowl.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a saucepan. Knead the cooled potatoes with egg, breadcrumbs and spices, season to taste and shape into small balls with damp hands. Pour the sesame seeds into a bowl and bread the potato balls all over.
  3. Fry 5 balls each with a ladle in the hot oil until the desired degree of browning and degrease on a double paper towel. Arrange on a plate as a side dish, garnish and serve.
