Fruit and Curd Casserole with Seeds

Is this a cottage cheese casserole? Yes exactly! By adding puree from fruits and berries, as well as seeds, you will completely transform the usual curd casserole.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Apricots – 6 pcs.
  • Raspberries – 0.5 cups
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Sugar – 50-100 g
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sunflower seeds, peeled – 3 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
  • Butter for greasing the mold – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Grind fruits and berries with a blender in the puree.
  2. Add cottage cheese. Mix.
  3. Add egg, sugar, and semolina. Mix. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  4. Add seeds and sesame seeds. Mix.
  5. Turn on the oven. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with semolina (a form for such an amount of cottage cheese needs a small one, 15 cm in diameter). Put the curd mass into a mold. Bake the curd casserole with fruits, berries, and seeds for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
  6. A delicious and unusual fruit and curd casserole with seeds are ready!
