Instructions

Knead all the ingredients for the dough and roll out on a floured worktop. Cut out geese with a cookie mold and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Brush the geese with egg yolk and press a raisin into each eye. Bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 12 minutes.
