Instructions

Knead all ingredients except for the smoked meat cubes into a dough and let rest for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough and cut out triangles. Distribute the smoked meat cubes on the triangles and roll up into croissants. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Finished!
You can bake these croissants for 10 minutes and then freeze them when cooled and take them out if necessary and bake for the remaining 10 minutes.
