- 75 g nuts (macadamia nuts), salted
- 75 g chocolate, bitter or whole milk
- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 125 g butter, soft
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Roughly chop the nuts, cut the chocolate into 1 cm pieces. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the egg. Stir in the flour mixture. Shape the dough into 6 balls with floured hands.
- Place with a large distance on the baking tray lined with baking paper and press flat. Press in chocolate and nuts, press flat again. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
