Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled flour (type 630)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 g butter or bakin mararine
  • 5 m-sized egg (s) (preferably duck eggs)
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa
  • 5 tablespoon milk, possibly lactose-free
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 125 g macadamia nuts, salted
  • 1 bar chocolate, white
  • possibly cake icing
  • possibly powdered sugar
  • Paper cases

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and cocoa, put into a large mixing bowl with the sugar. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and chocolate. Mix the eggs with milk and melted butter and quickly add to the dry ingredients.
  2. Fold in the chocolate and nuts and place in muffin cases lined with paper liners. Bake at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C, gas: level 3 - 4) for approx. 30 minutes (stick test).
  3. Rest on the baking sheet for another 5 minutes and then leave to cool on a wire rack. Cover with glaze or dust with powdered sugar, depending on your taste.
