  • 500 g meat (lamb or pork)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, from the mill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
