Ingredients

  • 500 g meat (lamb or pork)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, from the mill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices with the oil and squeeze in the clove of garlic. Place the pieces of meat in it. Marinate for at least 1 hour, better for 24 hours. Then grill to taste.
  2. Also ideal as a marinade for homemade gyros.
