Hot Sandwiches with Mushrooms and Cheese in the Oven
by Editorial Staff
Let buns with sesame seeds, mushrooms, vegetables, and cheese cook a little longer than classic sandwiches, but they will be much tastier …
Cook: 30 min.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Fresh buns with sesame seeds – 2 pcs.
Mushrooms (fresh or canned) – 100 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Onions – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 100 g
Greens to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive (vegetable) oil – for frying
Directions
We start by chopping the onion and mushrooms. By the way, instead of fresh mushrooms, you can use small canned champignons or honey mushrooms. Then, of course, you don’t need to cut them.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion, sauté it a little, and then add mushrooms. If we use pickled mushrooms, then you can skip this stage or fry one onion. It’s just as you like – mushrooms with or without onions.
While the mushrooms and onions are fried in oil, prepare the buns. To do this, they need to be cut in half and the core is slightly dented inward.
Fry mushrooms with onions, stirring occasionally, until half cooked. In the time it is 7-10 minutes. Oh, and don’t forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
Thinly chop the cucumber and tomato, put the vegetable slices in buns, and salt. Then put the fried mushrooms and onions on top.
Sprinkle the sandwiches with grated cheese, and …
… we send sandwiches with mushrooms to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. For 7-10 minutes.
When the timer rings, having measured the due date, we take out the sandwiches, put them on a dish, and decorate the hot sandwiches with mushrooms with chopped herbs.
Hot sandwiches with mushrooms are ready. You can sit down at the table. Bon Appetit!!!
