Directions
We need about 250 g of various greens, which need to be peeled off the stems. A set of greens can be anything to your taste. Finely chop 50 g of parsley, 50 g of dill, 50 g of green onions, 25 g of cilantro, 50 g of mint, and 25 g of basil into a large bowl.
Mix the greens, salt a little, and wrinkle it with your hands so that it gives juice. Sort 50 g of walnuts and chop in a blender or with a knife. It can be into small pieces, but it can be almost into flour – as you want.
Add nuts to greens. Add a tablespoon of flour there. We mix everything. Break 5 eggs into another bowl. We add each new egg to the rest through a separate bowl.
Beat the eggs a little with a fork, pepper, and salt, not forgetting that we have already salted the herbs. Fill the greens with the egg mixture and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour the prepared mixture into it, distribute it over the frying pan, cover with a lid.
And prepare kyukyu with herbs and walnuts over medium heat until the underside is golden brown and the upper side hardens.
After that, cut the kyukyu into 4 pieces with a spatula and turn each quarter over. We bring the second side to the same ruddy as the first.
We serve the kyukyu to the table. Bon, appetite and don’t be afraid to experiment!
