A delicious and satisfying tortilla without fiddling with dough and filling is the dream of many. Lavash flatbread with sausage and cheese is just such a recipe. A nutritious breakfast like this will provide energy for most of the day!

Ingredients
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Milk – 100 ml
Thin lavash – 100 g (1 sheet)
Boiled sausage – 150 g
Hard cheese – 100 g
Salt – a pinch
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp
For decoration (optional):
Green onion – 2-3 feathers
Directions
Cut the lavash into thin strips and place in a deep bowl.
Cut the sausage into small cubes and send it to a bowl of pita bread.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the grated cheese to a bowl of pita bread and sausage. Mix thoroughly.
Combine eggs, milk, and salt in a separate bowl. Shake with a fork or whisk until smooth.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into a bowl of pita bread, sausage, and cheese. Stir.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet (preferably with a thick bottom) over low heat. Pour the egg mixture with pita bread, sausage and cheese into the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the tortilla over low heat for about 8-10 minutes, until the egg mass sets. Then use a plate to turn the cake over to the other side and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
