Lavash Snack Roll with Tuna

The recipe for a delicious pita roll with tuna. I’m sure it will become your favorite snack roll, decorate any festive table, and guests will ask for more.

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 4 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 5 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 5 pcs.
  • Canned tuna – 1 can
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 360 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. To make a pita roll with tuna, you must first cut the onion into cubes.
  2. We send the chopped onion to a skillet and fry over medium heat.
  3. Fry until the onion is golden brown. Pepper and let cool.
  4. Then add a jar of lettuce tuna to the cooled onion, salt, pepper, mix.
  5. After you need to boil the eggs. Grate boiled eggs on a medium grater.
  6. Then you need to grate the processed cheese.
  7. Now we mix the grated eggs and processed cheese. Then you need to add the garlic squeezed through the garlic.
  8. Now add the mayonnaise. And mix again so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
  9. We proceed to the formation of a pita roll with canned tuna. First you need to cut off a small piece of cling film and cover the table with it (we will form a roll on cling film). Then we take lavash, grease it and all its edges with mayonnaise.
  10. After that we spread the mixture of eggs and cheese curds, spread it around the entire peri of the pita bread.
  11. Next, put another pita on top. Lubricate it with mayonnaise again. Then grease with a mixture of onions and tuna.
  12. Then again cover with another pita bread and so alternate layer by layer.
  13. After that, we twist the pita bread stuffed with a roll, wrap it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  14. Lavash roll with tuna is ready.
