  • 200 g yros meat, seasoned
  • 60 g iceber lettuce
  • 60 g tomato (s)
  • 60 g cucumber (s)
  • 100 g tzatziki
  • Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark, grated cheese and eggs and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake for 20 minutes. The dough can best be removed from the baking paper when it is still warm.
  3. In the meantime, cut the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces and fry the gyros in a little oil in the pan.
  4. When the pancake is ready, first spread some tzatziki on it, then spread the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber on top. Then add the meat and brush again with a little tzatziki. If you want, you can of course add feta beforehand.
  5. Roll up the wrap, cut in two and enjoy.
